The Summit Wellness fitness program focuses on a variety of different exercise modalities including stretching, yoga, core, pilates, circuit training, weight lifting, and cardio to give you the energy and strength to pursue your dreams. We know that when you begin to adopt a healthy lifestyle, you will have more energy, confidence, ability and desire to incorporate experiences that enrich and balance your life
